My career began with a deep passion for animals and a strong desire to help them, which led me to study an Integrated Master’s in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Writtle University. Since completing my degree, I’ve worked as a Veterinary Physiotherapist and Hydrotherapist, supporting countless animals in living more comfortable, pain-free lives.

I currently work at the fantastic Apollo Animal Physiotherapy clinic in Thanet, while also running my own mobile physiotherapy service covering Deal and Dover. I treat a wide range of cases — from post-operative recovery and neurological conditions to senior dogs with arthritis.

Over time, I’ve developed a genuine passion for healing, rehabilitation, and pain relief — and this has extended beyond animals. Living with a long-term condition myself, I understand how much pain can impact daily life. That personal insight inspired me to expand my skills to support people as well.

I went on to study Sports Massage Therapy, achieving a distinction, and now thoroughly enjoy helping humans manage a range of physical issues. While the course focused on athletes, the techniques are just as effective for those with everyday aches, chronic discomfort, or non-sport-related conditions.

 

I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and truly love being part of their journey toward improved movement and reduced pain. I’ve found this work so rewarding that, in September, I’ll be starting my MSc in Human Physiotherapy — a step that will allow me to deepen my knowledge and support my clients even further.
